About Me

I am a DS alum ('94, Go Green) and the youngest of 4 who attended Doane Stuart's Albany campus. Both of my Aunts attended when it was Kenwood, and one of them went on to become my English and Latin teacher. I left the area for academic and professional pursuits for 15 years, always reflecting on Doane's impact on my worldview, critical thought, and ability to approach all people and opportunities with openness and confidence. I am so happy I am able to provide the same educational opportunity for my son. It is truly more than just a school.

Arthur is 12, in sixth grade. He loves legos and playing games. Edith is 8, in third grade. She loves making art of any and every kind. Anna is 6, in kindergarten. She loves art and baking.

About Me

Our daughters just began at Taylor this year. Both have absolutely blossomed and really come out of their shells, making many close friends. Edith has just flourished being allowed to let her love of art come out in much of her work, making even more mundane assignments like practicing spelling the highlight of her afternoon. Anna has been overjoyed doing science experiments and bubbles over every afternoon to share what exciting things she learned and did that day.
